We refresh your skills before enjoying a guided dive in the Medes Islands Marine Reserve.

Contents:
Check dive + Medes Islands dive:
• Refresher theory session + practice dive with an instructor on the Montgrí Coast, within the Natural Park.
• Guided group dive in the Medes Islands.

Requirements:
• Open Water Diver, Level 1, 1* or higher certification
• Medical statement
