PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

PRAGO SUB, SL (EL REI DEL MAR) is committed to protecting the privacy of users who access this website and/or any of its services. Data related to diving activities will be kept for a minimum period of 5 years, as established by the regulations on safety in underwater activities.

Health data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to ensure safety during activities and according to the legally established periods.

Once these periods have ended, the data will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure pseudonymization or total destruction.

DATA RECIPIENTS

  1. Public administrations: When required by applicable regulations, specifically to the authorities responsible for the Montgrí Natural Park and the Medes Islands for the management of diving permits.
