* To protect the marine life of the Medes Islands Natural Reserve and reduce the risk of divers’ contact with the seabed, we conduct the refresher activities at dive sites outside the reserve, along the Montgrí coast, within the Natural Park.

** Before the activity, it is necessary to fill out a medical questionnaire to verify that there are no health contraindications. You can find this Medical Declaration attached to ensure you are able to participate. If in doubt, consult your doctor or contact us for more information.

During the course, you will need:

*** To protect marine life, we try to avoid sunscreens that may be harmful to certain species.
Try to replace sunscreen with protective clothing and accessories, minimize sunscreen use, or use an eco-friendly sunscreen.
