Terms of Use and Refund Policy for the Gift Voucher
Validity:
The gift voucher is valid for the current season. Once expired, it cannot be used or refunded.
Right of withdrawal:
A refund may be requested within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided the voucher has not been used.
Use and bookings:
The gift voucher is personal and non-transferable.
Bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability, weather conditions and safety requirements.
It cannot be exchanged for cash.
Activity cancellation conditions, once booked:
If the required documentation proving the participant’s fitness to take part in the activity is not provided, El Rei del Mar will not provide the service and the right to a booking or refund will be lost.
- Cancellations by the centre: if the activity cannot take place due to weather conditions or force majeure, it may be rescheduled for another date within the voucher’s validity period.
- Cancellations by the client: if the client does not attend or cancels less than 48 hours in advance, the voucher will be considered redeemed. With more than 48 hours’ notice, or in case of justified reasons, the activity may be rescheduled within the voucher’s validity.
El Rei del Mar reserves the right to refuse or cancel the service if the client is deemed not to be in adequate physical condition for the contracted activity, or if they fail to comply with the basic rules necessary to carry it out safely and respectfully towards the environment.
