**The minimum certification to dive in the Medes Islands Marine Reserve is Open Water Diver or equivalent.

Before taking the diving course, you must fill out a medical questionnaire to ensure there are no health contraindications. You will find the Medical Statement attached to ensure you can participate in the activity. If in doubt, consult your doctor or ask us for more information.

During the course you will need:

***To protect marine life, we try to avoid sunscreens that may be harmful to certain species. Try to replace sunscreen with protective clothing and accessories, minimize its use or use one that is certified as eco-friendly.
